4-1 was just the score don't think of it as a reflection of the overall game. When it was 2-0 with a few minutes to go we went for it and loost a cheap goal. 4th from them was just us shoving everyone up for a corner after our goal . Decent performance in the first half although disappointing that we played all the football and somehow they went in 2-0 up. 2nd half utd changed their shape and we didn't cope wonderfully well. Ref bizzare somehow gave them bye-kick for a goal line clearance! Och well onwards and upwards short trip up the tay to Perth Saturday.

I met my first ever fellow Dundonian Thistle supporter (apart from my two year old son! ) in the new Dundee asda last month ! My wife, who is a jambo, was distraught she has never had a random stranger in Dundee exhall all things great about her team in 13 years here! A proud day!. As i've said before here though randomly Dundee have a soft spot for Thistle Rod MacDonald as he does playing a minor roll in a local jute museum exhibit ! Which is surely only the 2nd mention of jute in the history of this forum.
