  1. Tough one tonight, too late for me to watch it though (8:45 here) as I’m up at 3am to go to airport. Will hopefully watch The highlights on my flight tomorrow
  2. The Husband family sent us this picture plus a very nice message on Facebook
  3. The key is to turn the kids into regularly attending adults (perhaps a transitional U21 ticket), whilst ensuring that access to the stadium is kept easy for our older generation (not relying on online/smart phones for access, ensuring south drive is light and not slippery, etc)
  4. Our average home attendances since last 10 years 2013/14 - 5000 (Prem) 2014/15 - 3586 (Prem) 2015/16 - 3797 (Prem) 2016/17 - 4282 (Prem) 2017/18 - 4597 (Prem) 2018/19 - 3042 (Champ) 2019/20 - 2699 (Champ) 2020/21 - COVID (Lg 1) 2021/22 - 2539 (Champ) 2022/23 - 2933 (Champ) What this doesn’t show is the split between home/away or (more importantly financially) Kids/U18/Adults/Pensioners
  5. We will find out over next month. Caley, Queens Park and Dundee in that time who I’d say will be the other 3 challengers. Queens park seem a bit of a dark horse and are flying under the radar of the press so (currently) playing without pressure. Caley are always tricky at their home Dundee have a decent squad and seem to be starting to get results. Come a week on Saturday that league could be very tight whether we win on Friday or not if QP and Dundee win both their games
  6. Thought we were good going forward and took our goals well against a very depleted Morton team, but a better forward (yes I know he scored a cracking free kick) could have had a hat trick kin the first half. Defense still looks shaky for high balls and set pieces, sort that out and we’ll be fine
  7. And it’s a flood plain and a CEPA area due to water birds /wild fowl
  8. I don’t believe it was ever actually bought, merely an option to buy if planning permission was granted (which it wasn’t without substantial outlay)
  9. She speaks to the paper that ran a witch-hunt against Colin Weir in the run up to the referendum in 2014. She has no morals, and will speak to whoever will listen but not question or criticize. Those options available are rapidly diminishing
  10. We have. A lot of falsehoods pointed at us
  11. Yes the Foundation had a couple of board members on it. The Trust was absent as expected
  12. Where was that mentioned? Not seen it posted
  13. These were exactly what we asked for and were denied
  14. If you want to influence us, then join up
  15. What we have done is highlight what has happened, who is involved and what is being proposed. If that information trashes reputations then that fault lies with how those folk have conducted themselves rather than at us. If things had been transparent, engaging and upfront then no one could be accused of anything, but we have aTrust that has put itself in place, does not communicate, engage or listen to the fan base. Has an unaccountable member hiding in the shadows seamingly controlling or influencing matters with a clear conflict of interest, he’s not the only one involved that has a conflict of interest yet none have publicly declared in fact none have publicly done anything of note to interact with the fans
  16. We have highlighted the fact that someone with a clear conflict of interest is involved in this yet is denying it. The fact he appears to have the log in and is commenting on Facebook on behalf of The Trust shows how shady and deceptive this whole process is. A handful of unelected, non-engaging unaccountable fans is determining the future of our club. That should concern ANY fan
  17. If your referring to the questions these came from our membership, we gave them ample opportunity to answer these, they didn’t. Our membership have also informed us that a lot of them have separately mailed them as beneficiaries, none have been answered.
  18. Dennis, I can assure you the Foundation and it’s members are not just willing to back away from this and accept the current “preference”, that’s clear by the surge in membership and the poll from our members. There are many cogs turning at the moment, and there are many ideas and plays being worked, but as I mentioned previously if you have an idea or a strategy then contact us by email.
  19. Of course the ownership of the club is top priority, but to get there we need to build a movement that supports and encourages those shares to go to the Foundation
  20. Dennis, first and foremost we are Thistle supporters, the club and its success and survival comes above everything else, so personally I would not advocate anything that puts either of them in jeopardy. What can fans do? There are some simple things that can be done. 1- Contact PTFC Trust by mail, or in person (or both) to inform them you do not support their method, their set up and ask them to step away or engage with the Foundation, which had nearly 850 active members. 2- Join the foundation and grow that number, strength in numbers will be key. If you are already a member encourage your fellow fans to also join. 3- If you have ideas or strategies that you believe the Jags Foundation can use to strengthen our hand then mail us, we are always open to ideas, engagement and feedback. As a members organization we have strength in numbers, the same as a union, and negotiations, persuasions, engagement and unity (as with unions) works 99% of the time before last ditch “action” is needed. We are not near there. This is a movement that is growing, people feel part of it, people feel involved, they care. That ultimately will be what pushes this through. We have hidden nothing from our members or support at large, we’ve communicated at every stage, we have ran events to pull fans together, we’ve developed collectible pins so folk can have a little excitement and hold something. This will become bigger than just shares, this is about getting the majority (a big majority hopefully) becoming a collective for more than just 90 minutes a week.
  21. If you buy her a membership for her birthday you can bring her to the EGM
