Possibly 3 people since Lee Turnbull is also working for Baraclough. I think though not sure he might be overseeing all the scouting side of things

No but we should be appointing managers who know the championship well, know the transfer market well and have done relatively decent in the championship and they both tick that box

look how long it took Killie to appoint a new manager. look at how long its taken us and thats with a sporting director. We should have got Murray or McCabe within a week of Doolan being sacked - dont know if its snobbery or what but its becoming a real shambles

I would have preferred Mccabe or Murray dont always believe that promoting within is the right way to go. But ive been proven wrong more times than i have been proven right anyway - hes definetly got passion and a love for the club - so all the best Brian as Manager. I still think we need to sign another striker - yes his goal tally is incredible but theres no guarantee he will be able to stay injury free at 38 and as manager he might wish to watch the game more. I also think he would be great at assisiting any goalscorers we signed. Notice hes very good mates with Ollie Shaw who he helped mentor at Hibs - long shot i know but you never know... Good luck Brian
