  1. Very disappointing, but not surprising. Cup exploits this season? Utterly embarrassing. Not entirely unexpected. Just a squad of serial bottlers and a manager who is clueless.
  2. An interesting debate about the clubs finances. Obvious that the present board are financially illiterate. Jordanhill Jag's ego is utterly humongous. TJF as useful as a chocolate fire guard. And the club in a mess. Historically, the club has been a financial mess for years. From Save the Jags, through to being bankrolled by Colin Weir and the shameful naming of a stand( although a wreck) after him ahead of actual club legends. Then the utter folly and incompetence of J Low and her gang, to the present mess. What a club! A joke.
  3. Not the entire story. They sold land to a shelf company, which in turn had about three other companies covering it. The payment for is overdue and hasn't materialised. They are owed 1.6 million pounds. They were due a tranche of 300k from last year, but waited patiently and decided that as it wasn't forthcoming that administration was better than a very real prospect of liquidation. In effect they have been completely shafted.
  4. Reading their forum on P and B, it seems this has come right out of the blue. No warning, like Caley, any fund raising effort or anything. Sons fans almost saying shenanigans going on, veiled in a cloak of secrecy. A disease in football, particularly Scottish football where clubs overspend disastrously way beyond there means. A bit like a football club we are all acquainted with! Sad that one of Scottish football's traditional clubs has got to this. I have said it time and again and will say once more, I never want to see a football club go to the wall. Apart from Glasgow's two scumbags.
  5. A fine win for Jags. Maybe Doolan is finding his right style for the players now. Hopefully this continues to a good run of victories. Well done Jags.
  6. What's going on? Two wins in a row? Doolan must be red hot favourite for manager of the year!
  7. No. We shouldn't laugh. The loss of a football club is a massive blow to fans and a community, no matter how small. Just remember the situations we have been in. Particularly 'Save The Jags". I wouldn't wish that on any football club, excepting, of course, the scumbags that reside in Glasgow, for obvious reasons.
  8. Good to get the win. More relief than joy over the win. Doolan safe for a while now But, something just doesn't seem right with players. We have not performed well with any consistency at all this season. Hopefully yesterday's win acts as a springboard to better football and a good run of victories. But, I have my doubts.
  9. Very true! But Aberdeen, Hearts and Falkirk have at least got to cup finals, won trophies and played in Europe more recently than us!
  10. It may shine a spotlight on the club that we have had bad managers than good.
  11. Lambie was a great success in all his spells, but wasn't a legend until he became manager.
  12. Doolan just hasn't got it to turn this around. He needs to go.
  13. History tells us that I was vindicated by calling for them to go. The writing was on the wall for them as it is with Doolan. If you are happy to accept the mediocrity, the results, the 10 point gap from the leaders after only 7 games then go for it. As for vision. I obviously have better vision than you. But maybe your Doolan blinkers hinder that sight.
