Tommy Rae on the ball. Maybe Johnny Flanagan the other Jag? Craig & Clark for Celtic. Guessing 1967 or '68. Look how far the ref is behind play! Jaggernaut
Correct, l-i-b. I think I narrowed it down to 69-70, but I'd need to check. Anyway, it was a drubbing.
a f kincaid
Can only find 3 games v Celtic at home where Rae and Flanagan played together. Take your pick 1-4, 1-5 or 1-5!

That stand is now at Taylors Avenue, home of Carrick Rangers. As Murphys Law insists I (the only Jags fan in NI at that time) was in England during that summer and missed the match. I don't recognise that strip as Crusaders, nor do I recognise either the keeper or defender. I wonder did Distillery ("the Whites") play their match at Seaview. They shared the ground for a few seasons after Grosvenor Park was burned down in the early days of our crazy times. Though this match was just pre troubles. The keeper is Billie Ritchie, and the defenders (l to r) are Gray, McKinnon and Campbell. Maybe this is Ritchie's 60th minute save, mentioned at the end of the match report. Shame he didn't make too many such saves for us in the league campaign that followed! I was glad to see the back of him.

Jaggernaut
Two definites: a young Jackie Campbell holding the boots, and a young Arthur Duncan on the right. Two guesses: Tommy Rae on the left, and Billy Cunningham with the number 3 something.

Duncan, McStay, Law, Wright, MacDonald, Peebles Corrie, Jardine, Campbell, Flood, Charnley. Subs: Kerr, McGuire. Goal was an OG. Looks like Campbell away in the distance. Definitely Peebles. 14 certainly isn't McGuire so must be Kerr. Half-hidden is a poser. On the basis of who I know it isn't, I'd say Corrie.
