elevenone
Just noticed no match thread yet so thought I would get us up and running. Massive game ahead especially with Ross C v Hamilton playing each other. Of our 2 capital trips this coming week I think this is the more winnable. Would keep it the same as last week (apart from Dools coming in for the ineligible Sammon) and hopefully they will show the same fighting spirit. Hearts have not been creating a lot recently so a early goal would be lovely and keep Edwards energy as impact sub if we begin to wobble/tire. A scrappy 1-0 would be just lovely the now. Wonder if its still a building site outside? Edited March 16, 2018 by elevenone
Dr.D
19 quid for concession ticket. Pretty high for a middle of the league team. Especially for being stuck in a corner.

Much more reasonable for behind the goal, so that's the game we're choosing to go to.
Paulo
Would be surprised if the lineup changed much. Could argue that Lawless and/or Erskine weren't at their best last week but I'd like to see guys get a couple of games to get a bit of form going. So, will it be Dools up top as the least disruptive change, or will we see Archie confuse us again? Storey up top with Dools, Abdul back in the midfield? I'd like the former, please. Jaggernaut
Dools to score two tomorrow; Thistle won't lose a goal. Tomorrow's lottery numbers: 4, 12, 22, 40, 49, 52 Believe, or ignore the above, as you wish.

Barney Rubble
I like the cut of your jib Jaggernaut. But your lottery numbers are all over the map, man!

jagfox
Hearts seem to have given up and are already planning ahead for next season... Hearts 3 Thistle 0 Nah, I reckon we'll get a draw at least
eljaggo
A draw or even a win is distinctly possible providing Archie doesn't have one of his selection spasms. I'd settle for last week's starting team swapping Doolan for Sammon, The team must have got a big lift in confidence from that game - increased determination and fight and no last minute collapse. Auld Jag
Full game on Alba tonight from 6pm.Lets hope it is worth watching.
Big Col
McCarthy dropped to bench in favour of Osman. Seems a bit unfair - I thought he had a good game against Aberdeen.
sandy
Partick Thistle: Cerny, Booth, Devine, Cargill, Osman, Elliott, Woods, Erskine, Lawless, Storey, Doolan. Substitutes: Scully, Spittal, Barton, McGinn, Edwards, McCarthy, Penrice.
eljaggo
Osman for McCarthy is a dreadful decision. Osman has shown no fight in the games I have seen him play and McCarthy played well against Aberdeen. Another mystifying selection.

Barney Rubble
Awful defending from Thistle - either that or Lafferty has got horrible BO.

Barney Rubble
Cargill straight out of the Boyata school of defending for the second - that's game over before we've even seen their penalty area.
scotty
Sounds as though Archie needs to get Osman off.
Fearchar
Time for a change - in the short term, at least McCarthy for Osman. Sadly, Archie's substitutions always lag behind the game. Edited March 17, 2018 by Fearchar
Third Lanark
Definitely as both Michael and Craig are saying on the commentary he has been on a tightrope for at least the last 5 minutes otherwise I fear he will be red carded by half time
Barney Rubble
Just now, scotty said: Sounds as though Archie needs to get Osman off. Yep - a cheap and and unjustified yellow, but he's had two questionable tackles since, both worthy of a card. Has to be taken off before he's sent off. Oh and he hasn't kicked a ball yet, although in fairness he's not alone in that.
MonehJags
What an absolutely disgraceful start. Like the celtic cup game all over again. Osman starting has proved very quickly to have been a poor decision. Can't wait for this season to end, this is the stuff of nightmares. Archie needs to go at the end of this season, if not before
