Jaggernaut
Peter Tork, RIP. Am I the only one on here who'll confess to rather liking the Monkees? As a nipper, after a match at Firhill in the mid 60s, I'd walk down to my grandparents' place in Woodlands Drive, get tea and watch Dr Who, then The Monkees, then get a no. 20 bus back to the Drum. Happy Days. Edited February 22, 2019 by Jaggernaut

Jimmy McD
Mike Nesmith went out of his way to distance himself from The Monkeys.....I would go as far to say that he regrets being part of it...

Nesmith was clearly the most "serious" musician among them. He was actually pretty good.
