javeajag
What do Partick Thistle and Boca Juniors have in common ? Their kit is being supplied by Irish firm O’Neills who do GAA/Rugby and now making bug push into football ....we will announce them shortly as their first Scottish Club Good news is that we will be able to go for a more bespoke design

ian_mac
Sad that yet again stuff is being leaked. Also sad that people who are told confidential information feel the need to sh*t on the club by publicly revealing it like this. Well done javeajag, hope your ego is suitably massaged by being “in the know”.

I wasn’t told any confidential information nor told anything by anyone associated with the club ....nor was this leaked by or from within the club .....but you know the Irish .... now off the high horse
ian_mac
Doesn’t really matter who told you. The fact is, a new kit launch is vitally important to a club of our size, and you’ve now severely compromised the news value of this one. Leaks like this harm the club and you would of hoped a grown man would realise this.
javeajag
Ok... 1 it’s not a new kit launch 2 it is a new supplier 3 new kit launched I guess in the summer 4 a new supplier doesn’t damage the club
lady-isobel-barnett
There could be a potential marketing opportunity lost if a newsworthy value diminishes.

stuart_adam
Follow GAA, and have worn quite a few of their kits. It's better than what we have. So at least thats a start!

The club has commitments and t's&c's with sponsors, suppliers and manufacturers, both old and new which leaks like this could jeapordise. As others have said, I would leave things like this for the club to announce

West of Scotland
I see they provide shirts for a team named Greetland FC. Thistle should twin with them, they sound right up our fanbases' street.
