Card should work but you'll need to phone to get a new one for any future games. Got mine set up on the app. I've screen shot the code for future usage. She tried to change the password to something more memorable, but the update page just sits there without ever finishing. Has anyone managed to change password successfully? AlexForsythFan Posted March 3, 2020 Report Share Posted March 3, 2020 Had a similar experience in that the password sent didn't allow me to open my account in the app. I used the link in the original email - https://tickets.ptfc.co.uk/login Entered my email address and selected the tab for lost/forgotten password [ this worked unlike the tab in the app ]. They sent me a link which allowed me to select my own password. This has allowed me to access my account in the app. Hope that helps. I suppose this means I have to go tonight ?
