The problem is that all the software for entry - tickets etc has to be changed as one - so not possible to change as a small group 

But No idea why change half way through a Season ?

No I get the change as one point but you can still do a controlled pilot even offline but crazy to do it now .... season ticket renewal is what 8-10 weeks away that’s the obvious time

Card should work but you'll need to phone to get a new one for any future games.

Got mine set up on the app. I've screen shot the code for future usage.

Same here; arriving late tonight, expect to be banging and shouting at the turnstile to be let in, furiously waving 3 useless cards.

Had a similar experience in that the password sent didn't allow me to open my account in the app.

I used the link in the original email - https://tickets.ptfc.co.uk/login

Entered my email address and selected the tab for lost/forgotten password [ this worked unlike the tab in the app ].

They sent me a link which allowed me to select my own password.

This has allowed me to access my account in the app.

Hope that helps.

I suppose this means I have to go tonight ?

Tried through the laptop, notification states that site is insecure and all sort of warnings have come up. 

 

Phoned Firhill, they reset the password. Managed to get in to site.

Tried to reset my password later but no joy.  Will try again later but at least barcode comes up to allow entry.
