Good luck to him- not sure how that happened but it might give his confidence a wee boost.

Unless he's spectacularly lacking in self-awareness, I suspect that knowing you've been voted as top forward as a joke is not likely to be good for confidence.

It may be useful for his CV if he leaves the Scottish game though.

As a small getitupye, I just voted for our player.

Am I being paranoid, or does the voting page being headed by a large picture of Shankland not seem like an attempt to influence the voting?

Should the illustration for the competition not be a neutral picture of, say, a goal net?

Less than 30 mins voting time to go. and Mansell still in pole position.

Looks like a winner.......................................unless of course late and changed votes are allowed.

But that could never happen with the SPFL surely, not while under the guidance of a man nominated for a place on UEFA's Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Committee!

Is it at all possible that the SPFLs ability to stage a vote has once again been exposed for the shower that they are. Is it just a coincidence that the Mansell button was next to a picture of Stephen Dobbie?

Well done Lewis anyway, you had a better ‘goals per minutes played’ than Shankland.

For the avoidance of doubt he didn’t. Mansell played about 420 minutes of Championship football in season 2019-20 and scored 1 goal.

Wankland averaged 96 minutes per goal for his 24 from 26 games return.
