Not sure. I don't recall clubs voting for other changes (albeit far less drastic) to the Scottish Cup. Anyway, and without looking I wouldn't be surprised to find that the relevant SFA committee contains representatives from lower league clubs still involved in the Cup. I don't think the real story is about possible outcomes re the tournament. More that we're nearly into March and the only references regarding the outcome of the competition are idle speculation from some BBC joker.
