Jaggernaut Posted April 21, 2021 Report Share Posted April 21, 2021 (edited) I voted "no," as why stop there? Why not quarter-finalists? It reminds me of weans getting certificates and stars just for attending classes, simply ending the school year, or students actually failing exams but getting a "certificate" anyway. To bring it back to football: why not "virtual medals" for teams who got into the play-offs but failed to win? How about the losing finalists (and maybe relegated as a result)? Etc.
