Home to Kilmarnock 13/8/1994. Can anyone refresh my memory what happened after the ref spotted Gerry in the construction site that would eventually become the JHS?  Just watched STV highlights on YouTube and if they are to be believed, the ref went over and called him down the stairs to speak to him. Jim White's commentary merely says the ref seemed to be satisfied he wasn't coaching from the "touchline" ( he was serving a suspension at the time) and left it at that. Did the ref in fact let it go or did he stop the game a second time and tell Gerry to get out of the "stand"?

If I remember correctly the referee, Martin Clark, insisted Gerry left his position in the “stand” and go over to the Main Stand and sit there but not in the dug out!!

Thanks. That's how I remember it too but I didn't want to "lead the witness"! STV highlights must have been edited to miss the 2nd warning.
