86th minute penalty knocks us off top of the league.

Who was the ref in the Killy v Ayr game. He must have it in for us

Edit - Don Robertson and according to BBC it was never a pen !

Used to play for us.  And despite Mccall releasing his brother he says he gets on well with him lol.

from the Twitter

Thistle looking to sign a winger and a Right sided defender in the coming days

You do realise that the person who said that used the word hoping?  I’m hoping to win the lottery but doesn’t mean it’s going to happen

A. mate sent me a copy of the tweet - the guy posting it is a jags fan but a lot of his previous tweets were wrong.

Very positive article.

Clearly McCall is working to a plan which wasn't apparent with our two previous managers.

I suspect Archibald or Caldwell would find it difficult to show such insights!

I hope it all comes to fruition for him in getting in the right players, finding the right system and the players playing to form.

Also a biggie for us - avoiding long term injuries.!

Gospel Ocholi has went out on loan to Benburb for the season, which would suggest we’ve reached an agreement to bring in the winger McCall mentioned. McDaid?

I think that McDaid is unlikely, he seems settled and unlikely to drop a League.

Not saying we won't sign McDaid but he doesn't fit in with McCall's left sided right mid vision. Besides we've already got Murray. Methinks we're really looking for a Stevie Lawless clone.

From what I saw of McDaid including his Ayr Utd stint - he doesn't fit in anywhere!

Pdrhaps he has improved at Dundee.

McCall was reported as saying he still hopes to bring in 3-4 players. IMO this is good as I think the squad we have now looks really good though a bit short on numbers!

Is McCall's master plan coming together?

Still no word of signing the 3/4 additional players  McCall said he was looking to bring to Firhill.

Can anyone share any inside information - a name, a position or even a statement that a signing(s) are imminent?

How long do we have before this transfer window closes?

We have two weeks to make permanent signings.

Loan signings can be made until the end of September.
