I think from the articles that both players got fairly bad injuries that stopped them playing for a while. a f kincaid Posted August 10, 2021 Report Share Posted August 10, 2021 Reid made 16 appearances @ 2 in 1971/72. Not so much injuries as gradually displaced by John Hansen. Ralston didn't come back to the first team after injury until Mid-March and made 8 appearances. East Fife was the only appearance with Reid. East Fife was the only appearance with Reid. I remember both Reid and Ralston and recall them both being good players. I liked Hanson and Forsyth but IMO Reid and Ralsgkn were better.
