Whatever they make they are not spending much on admin as I tried several times contacting them last month to cancel and then club itself to no avail so ended up cancelling with my bank instead. However today was emailed saying they have tried 3 times unsuccessfully to take my £20 monthly payment. Feart to check my numbers today now right enough. I believe the format needs to be changed to allow for more prizes and a better chance of winning. Problem is, it can really only be changed once the jackpot has been won.
