Fawlty Towers
Unfortunately Tuesday evening was the last 50/50 draw of season 24/25 so time to say a big Thank You to Ian, Donna and all the sellers for their fantastic efforts. And, of course, a big Thank You as well to everyone who bought a ticket over the course of the season as that contributed to money going to the Youth Academy (which we can see is producing good players and will be so important moving forward). Thanks for your support and we go again in 25/26.

I deputised for Ian on one occasion. My pride (and, no doubt, the sales) took a beating that day as I was approached by a succession of faces writ large with disappointment when they realised who I wasn't 😂 Big thanks to all who volunteer regularly at PTFC. Many will remain unsung.
elevenone
Echo the above. A lovely fella and I mind the xmas he was giving out selection boxes to the kids. Great patter too and not just saying that because he sold me a winning 50-50 one time.
partickthedog
I must confess to not being a 50-50 buyer, but when I used to go the JHS (I now go to the JLS), I always enjoyed his banter, including wonderfully ingenious and attractive offers such as "Buy two. Get none free."
lady-isobel-barnett
I'm a creature of habit and have always bought my 50/50s inside the concourse. That doesn't stop me feeling rather guilty when I pass Ian en-route. Head down and looking slightly away from him, whilst often as not having a secret laugh at his patter. He receives a truly well deserved recognition of his selfless work.
Earnock Jag
Ian is a brilliant laugh every Saturday just never try to buy 2 tickets with a fiver. You’ll end up with 5 tickets 😩. I speak from bitter experience
