Who’s in and who’s out in January?

Jakubiak was a decent player to get the team up the pitch. His technical skill and ability to play in others was really good, just not a finisher.

Probably the best we could reasonably hope for at this point of the season and perhaps someone that might work better with Ablade?

In the circumstances - probably. By this point post transfer window, there's not going to be many options.

If he's not had a club, fitness is likely to be an issue.

I wonder if Brian Graham will give a snippet of his reasoning - I like when he does that with women's team signings.

Edited to add: that was in response to - is this the best we can do question.

So we send Diack out on loan and then sign a striker who hasn’t had a club since last summer?

What an absolute shambles the club has become.

But if the job is to sit on the bench then better Diak going on loan where he might play and prove how good he is. Jakubiak is fine to pick up skelfs in his bum.

I thought Jakubiak was decent. I understand others didn't. He couldn't ever be faulted for effort.

My only reservation is he hasn't played for a long time but might not be far behind others on fitness, if at all.

We're not making marquee signings at this stage of the season and finances are grim. Could do worse.

Welcome back Jak.

There was nothing decent about him as a player a striker who scored 1 goal in 15. (Outside of football he’s a lovely guy)

As WJ previously said he is a total “haddy”.

The one goal was a late consolation away to Ayr in a game where we were already well beaten.

It did receive a disproportionately large cheer, probably because he seemed such a nice guy and we were all genuinely pleased for him!
