Who Is Running Ptfc?

With Cowan, Hughes and Prentice gone, who is actually in charge in running the club. In the absence of any announcements, it appears that we do not have a Chairman or Vice-Chairman. Have the other Directors taken on their duties or has the bank put someone in run the club?

I think it's the same guys that have been making all the big decisions over the past few months. The guys that have sank the most cash into the Club. The meeting tomorrow night should go a long way towards seeing how they are going to deal with the fans.

No announcement has been made since the departures of Cowan, Hughes and Prentice two weeks ago. The club is in dire straits on and off the pitch yet we do not know who is in charge. I doubt that the meeting tonight will be told anything meaningful. After all, the Jags Trust has been treated shabbily this season.

cowan was never "in charge" before, he was just the "public face", all decisions were made as a group with him or hughes as the spokesperson.

so really, there is no need for us to have a chairman.

Maybe an exaggeration, but some people certainly got money for nothing from the club.

Perhaps there should be some private investigations into what is going on behind the scenes right now ?

We could ask The Police but they would probably only want to send out an SOS. :music:

Another week has gone by without any announcement from the club. It appears that no appointments have been made. So

Is the club still have no Chairman or Vice-Chairman?

Is it being run by the non-executive directors?

Do Jim Oliver, John Lambie and Robert Reid have any responsibilities as Directors? (listed in the Boardroom section of the official site)

Are Grant Bannerman, David Beattie, Billy Allan and Ronnie Gilfillan in total control?

If so, what are their responsibilities and who appointed them? (e.g. shareholders like Brown McMaster)

You will be able to read something in Saturday's programme 'From The Boardroom'.
