Not happy about that. Probably my last trip to Firhill this calendar year and no game.

its becoming a huge gamble trying to schedule a trip home for a game with tv switches and international postponements. Spending £500 on flights (when booked early enough) isn’t cash I can throw about.

If it wasn’t for the DSA quiz id be mighty annoyed

Well at least you have a game to go to now on the Friday night.

Dunfermline game postponed and rearranged for Tuesday 25th November, gutter for you Third Lanark, nothing worse, had it last year with Falkirk

Yeah its gutting mate.  We will need to try for our third hospitality attempt of the season in 2026, im thinking possibly the Arbroath game on 28th February as i don think there are scotland games scheduled for that weekend and it might be a game less likely to be moved for TV than other ones (though i have no idea really), but again will need to see if it suits others in my group.  But we are definetly not going to be able to enjoy the hospitality in 2025 as to many things clashing for others in my group in the remaining period of 2025

I may see you in hospitality that day if my plans go to plan, accompanied by 6 or 7 Norwegians and 5 Scots from Norway, and hopefully another Norwegian hopefully coming in from Switzerland (He’s dependent on Leeds vs City game being moved)

A possible TJF take over hospitality day.

Oh I hadnt realised this.  Where did you hear about it? Im in TJF but hadnt received an email about it.  Usually it was January that they had this as it was traditionally a quiet month for the hospitality and so i hadnt realised they were now looking at February

Sorry, was just me thinking out loud. It’s usually January isn’t it, but I reckon the 2 home games in January will look after themselves. So possibly home v Airdrie or home v Arbroath.

If there is one of course.

Well thats me rescheduled my groups hospitality and sponsorship for the Arbroath game on February 28th.  Heres hoping its third time lucky.  No internationals that weekend, hoping that the weather stays fine and the tv companies dont move the game

May be no BBC left by then to move the game.

Good to see that hospitality is sold out for the St Johnstone & Raith games (and fully sponsored by the looks of it). There is a deal for hospitality for the Dunfermline game so hopefully that gets a good take up as well.

£70 for a 1 course meal +match ticket!!!

Even 2 for £120 is too steep for 1 plate of food at a midweek match (or even a Saturday match)

No season ticket discount as far as I can see, not that I’d consider £50 plus for a main course & a pint in any case

Thought we had made a positive move a few weeks back re sensible pricing. One step forward, one step back.

They are absolutely clueless, lets be honest the St Johnstone and Raith games sell themselves also, St Johnstone being a top of the table clash and Raith being a Christmas day out for folk.

Restaurants will often price up in anticipation of high demand, Easter Sunday, Xmas, Mother's day etc. When the trade is slack the same premises will also be quick to lower pricing to ensure enough covers are taken up during their "darker days". All about working towards capacity.

Anyways we're on the hunt for a knight in a shining business suit https://ptfc.co.uk/ptfc-news/senior-commercial-executive-vacancy

Saw the hospitality offering has been removed from the Arbroath game in February, wonder if this is a hint towards the Jags Foundation Takeover being this game

yep mine has been cancelled yet again lol, so having to look elsewhere yet again - will it be 4th time lucky this time haha

Yeah i was told it looks a TJF takeover for that day.  To be fair I am a member of TJF and have no problem with the takeover as it provides vital funds for the club with the likes of the hospitality take over and i would not have been surprised if there was not a huge hospitality takeup for the arbroath game apart from me and my group.  Ive been more frustrated with the original Airdrie game being moved and then the Dunfermline game being moved (which in this case would have cost the club a lot of income), the Arbroath game will net a decent amount with the TJF takeover, as a member i might even go along to it anyway.

But keep the fingers crossed that i can least get my group 4th time lucky for hospitality in either March or April haha
