Fawlty Towers
Dunfermline posted a loss of £1.7M for period ended 31/05/25: https://dafc.co.uk/dafc-accounts-2024-25/
Fawlty Towers
Whilst waiting for the Q&A update (I am sure the delay is from the club side and not TJF) was looking at the accounts for the teams who are in this season's championship or were in it last season. With one or two exceptions not that great would be my (unqualified) opinion. St Johnstone Falkirk Ross County The links for Ayr, Dunfermline & Morton are in earlier threads. Accies, Airdrie, Livingston & Queens Park have until 31/03/26 to submit theirs (Arbroath by 31/05/26). Raith are on the naughty step as they should have submitted theirs by 28/02/26 but are late (typical Dougie Imrie time wasting tactics). Lenziejag
Don’t think they are the right accounts for County. They must get consolidated somehow with one of Uncle Roy’s other companies. Looks like Falkirk did well in the Championship.

Quite right, I have changed the link for the Ross County accounts in the previous post.
Fawlty Towers
Better late than never, Raith Rovers have submitted their accounts: https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/SC026287/filing-history Talking of late, TJF are still waiting from answers to the AGM questions from the club. Wonder what will come first - the Q&A update, the strategic plan or next year's AGM?

Fawlty Towers
The AGM was 4 weeks ago yesterday - must have been a really hard set of questions that were put to the club. 4

I see that TJF are selling a new top which is made by Macron rather than O'Neills. Maybe a case of 2 + 2 equals 5 but could be an indication of them being the kit suppliers for next season. It would be a shame to lose them as it has been a good partnership. It will be interesting to see what happens in terms of selling merchandise - will it be a purely online process with just the club shop open on matchdays or something else. I appreciate that we are still in a deal with O'Neills & Greaves but this sort of thing is something I think the club should be speaking to the fans about (amongst other things) but at the moment communication and Partick Thistle are not close partners.

Absolutely agree , no transparency at all and re the workings within the Club not hopeful about distribution of merchandise and visibility etc of Club Shop . Not sure about this at all

Not sure about this at all My opinions of the club on and off the park are at polar opposites, Wilson has done such a great job to have us where we are and the squad is as likeable as I can remember. Off the park we are embarrassing, the AGM with everyone just sitting clueless and the absolute silence to questions since, they aren't even getting held to account at present it certainly seems by anyone, I get the difference between fan run and fan owned but I have absolutely zero faith in our situation off the park improving till we get some answers. Like you Martin i loved the publicity from the Greaves deal, the merchandise and it being easy to reach in the city centre. I have heard however that the way the Greaves deal was set up is that the club barely received a penny for it and income wise it was by far Greaves that got the ideal deal, so in that sense i can see why they have decided to go with someone else, if Greaves were not willing to adjust. It doesnt sound like a great deal for the club was negotiated although this may have taken place during Covid anyway when most shops etc were closed or on furlough. Although not entirely sure how far renegotiating went to get a better deal. It looks like financially any agreement with Macron or whoever will obviously benefit the club far more. I don't know the details of how the current deal works for the club financially but it was stated a couple of years ago that some of the big deals at the club could be better and as we are at the point now where the kit manufacturer/retailer plus the stadium sponsorship deals are expiring it will hopefully result in the new deals being not only good for the fans but significantly better for the club financially. I remember being pretty shocked when I heard a couple of seasons back how much we got for the shirt sponsorship for a 2 seasons deal. Good point FT Have to say looking at the new strip that TJF are selling with the Partick Thistle Tartan made by Macron, if thats the high standard we will be getting from them then maybe the Greaves and ONeils deal wont be as big a loss as I thought. Obviously will depend on the quality of the material but the photo of the strip looks brilliant and i made sure i have got one for my son and a couple of other people. Very impressed and a great design

I've had a few Glasgow Warriors tops and jackets. The rugby tops are generally pretty good and all have a couple of unique points in them so think that they could be a good partner. On the other hand a lot of the training tops, jackets ets are basic black or pale blue with the Warrior badge embroidered on. Doubt if there would be the same range of training gear etc.
