ClydebankJag
Is it too much to ask that the club email people who have paid for the book and chosen to pick up their copy to actually let them know that it is ready to collect, and what the collection arrangements are? I got an email publicising the book. I got an email receipt after I paid. So it isn’t a huge leap to expect an email when it is ready for collection. KennyP
I’m sorry but the club posted on the 14th August that the books were ready for collection from the office. https://ptfc.co.uk/ptfc-news/partick-thistle-a-peoples-history-launches-in-the-alan-rough-lounge/ Edited August 29 by KennyP

They have email details for all who purchased so a simple follow up would be appropriate.

No further updates since. I had to email to ask if I could collect on match day and eventually after several emails back and forth I got told I can collect at the ticket office today as the office closes at 1.15. Not having a go at you Kenny but it was a poor experience. Not everyone can get to the office during the week or before 1.15 on match days

KennyP
This is just about to slip off the first page of posts so I'm pushing it out again. Sorry. And as we're down below 100 books left, might be an idea to get one for Christmas while they last. Feedback has been amazing. https://www.ptfc.co.uk/product/150th-anniversary-book/
KennyP
If you’ve still to collect your book, or want to buy one, I’ll be in the Foyer in the Main Stand from 2.15 to kick off today with books. Bring a bag!
