1876
These guys are the future of the club on the terracing just now on the boardroom for the future .
JeanieD
I might be in the minority here but this “Ultras” thing puts me in mind of the “casuals” nonsense back in the day. Some clubs even locate their “ultras” area as close to opposing fans as possible- presumably to generate some kind of atmosphere when the rustling of sweetie papers gets too loud.. We just do that to wee teams.
Auld Jag
The ultras add a great atmosphere in the Lambie stand and also at the St.Mirren game. But i have stopped wearing the balaclava as often over the past couple of seasons because of some of the groups associated with wearing them and ultras are one of those groups. 1

Don't worry we will recognise you by the buckfast bottle in one hand and the pyro in the other!

This screenshot from the first episode of the BBC series captures towards the left end a particularly extreme Ultra in red top and black hat trying to hide from the camera.
Auld Jag
Watched the first episode and the Thistle ultras got a fair amount of time on it. Going by the preview of the next episode this will feature the darker side of the ultras.
allyo
I thought the Thistle guys, both the Ultras and the club, came out of it pretty well. Seemed to have the balanced cooperation and respect and attitude that everyone else was seeking. The atmosphere they bring to Firhill is great.
Auld Jag
The ultras created a great atmosphere last night, St.Johnstone fans also played their part. Great to see Firhill with a big crowd and it's not any of the old firm.
Auld Jag
Watched the third and final episode. More positive view of the ultras talking about how they help charities, food banks etc. Also saying the tartan army was probably the first 'ultras' . Thistle ultras got a fair amount of time again. Worth a watch if you haven't watched it yet.
