Auld Jag
It is good news that despite the game being on tv we are going to have an above average attendance. If it was on the Saturday i think the crowd would have been close to the one we had against Morton in 2013.

The total attendance figure, including season tickets, can be announced after the game.

Season tickets are by definition tickets sold for this game, and therefore the 6000 tickets referred to are the total tickets sold for this game (advance ticket for this game, season tickets and 4 match bundle tickets). The total attendance figure will be different and will not include anyone who has a ticket (whether it be an advance ticket, season ticket or 4 match bundle ticket) who doesn't turn up. For anyone interested in how a big game will affect our budget, (and as fan owners maybe we all should!) it is good to know how much additional income the club will receive. Counting income received at the beginning of the season clouds that picture.
JeanieD
Can’t help but feel really pessimistic about tonight. Injuries happen to all teams as do suspensions at this time of the season, it’s a pity that our injuries and suspension seems to have happened to some of our more necessary players..

Counting income received at the beginning of the season clouds that picture. But that wasn't the point of the communication. The communication was simply to encourage any "maybes" to come along as it should be a great atmosphere. Using the largest valid figure (all tickets sold regardless of when) is clearly best for this. Although its probably unlikely it would have a huge impact on this scenario but potentially could if another club may get a rough idea of how much we can put towards trying to sign a player or not if this other club is looking to sign the same player. For a night game shouldn't it be "moths in the stomach"? Folk I'm talking to in the pub are mostly glass half full. Think I'll join them if only to quell the nerves. Dick Dastardly
5-3-2 with Fitz playing behind Samuel ? Or maybe Crawford on the right wing with McBeth in midfield.
fenski
Reckon it'll be 5-3-2.

If Turner had been picked ahead of Crawford then I'd be less sure. Whatever the line up Mcbeth has a key role. Has to push on forward when given opportunity.
lady-isobel-barnett
Btw Can Loughrey play in midfield? Just the way their organising themselves pre match.
thornwoodjag
Not a classic so far. Plenty of effort from both sides. Game needs a bit of quality
partickthedog
Lets’osa better tonight than in some previous games. Fitzy no impact. Some change in formation required to get Fitzy and Stanway more involved further up the park. Samuel working hard as always.
