Well Jags, we're halfway to happiness...

Great to see the club have gone for the minimum pricing structure for the home tie.

It will be a scramble for tickets for the second-leg if we're still in the tie for bank holiday Monday.

St. Mirren have confirmed that we will receive an allocation of 1,600 for the second leg with tickets prices set as follows:

Adults – £18

Concessions* – £15

12–17-year-olds – £15

Under 12s – £12

*(Over 65s and full-time students)

Our allocation will be provided to the club as physical tickets early next week and, once delivered, they will go on sale online only through Fanbase with three distinct access windows.

First window – Sunday, 4pm to Monday, 4pm – Jags For Generations Season Ticket holders

Second window – Monday, 4pm to Tuesday, 4pm – Standard Season Ticket holders

Third window – Tuesday, 4pm to the point of a sell-out – General sale

These tickets cannot be purchased in person or over the phone.

Supporters who would like to sit next to each other must purchase their tickets at the same time. That means any Jags For Generations season ticket holders who would like to sit next to someone who is a standard Season Ticket holder should wait until the second access window and purchase their tickets together.

We will receive no further tickets after the initial allocation of 1,600 sell out and Thistle supporters are reminded not to purchase home end tickets.

All tickets must be collected from the Executive Offices at The Wyre Stadium at Firhill as there is no postage option available and the office hours for the collection period, which begins on Thursday, will be:

Thursday, 21st May (Matchday): 10am – 8pm, Open for one hour after full-time

Friday, 22nd May: 10am – 4pm

Saturday and Sunday: To be determined, details will be confirmed next week

Thankfully does not affect me, but how would a season ticket holder without a smartphone and unable to access Fanbase be able to get a ticket for the away leg at St Mirren Park?

The internet has been around since late 1990's.  That's almost 30 years.  So who are the people who have a combined situation of no internet access at home or on a (smart)phone?  At the worst go to local library think this scenario is very, very small.

My nephew says that over 6,000 tickets have been sold for Thursday so far. Both the CW and the Lambie sold out ? Not sure how he knows.

Fair enough. I have no empirical evidence, so will not argue the point! My guess is that there is a significant body of people (including some football fans) of a certain generation who have PCs and internet access, but have chosen not to have smartphones or to enter "App world". I think that up till now they will have got by with phone calls and/or visits to the office/kiosk, and the odd helping hand from family members or friends. I am not seeing a way through for PTFC season ticket holders in that category this time round.

Hopefully any such contacting the club office will receive an understanding and helpful response.

For the away leg how do you go about purchasing seats together on fanbase and does this mean they're planning on trying to enforce seat numbers this time?

Would guess that St Mirren will try to enforce seat numbers.

Saw this but not sure how it works in practice, if you buy at the same time but on different logins it's not going to give you seats together, the only way would be to buy multiple through one account but not sure if that's possible.

Said the same, unless you can buy for other season ticket holders and no idea how that would be checked i dont know how this is possible.

Looks like ticket sales are a shambles again, Thistle put the St Mirren away end on public sale so there season ticket holders haven't been given first option, be funny if St Mirren just did the same.

There was no attempt by St Mirren to enforce seat numbers last time round.  I was not aware of this causing any difficulties, arguments or flashpoints. I cannot see any pressing reason why St Mirren would put themselves to the trouble of trying to enforce seat numbers this time.

St Mirren finished with a 1-1 draw against Dundee United today with Wilson and Rae in attendance. Sounded like they rested a few players as well so will be interesting to see how it goes on Thursday night. Hopefully every single ticket that can be bought is and the atmosphere is as good as it was on Friday night.
