JAG1970
Nice article from Tomas Cerny https://tomas-cerny.org/2026/05/22/people-make-partick-thistle/?fbclid=IwdGRzaAR-TS9jbGNrBH5KwGV4dG4DYWVtAjExAHNydGMGYXBwX2lkDDM1MDY4NTUzMTcyOAABHmu39nOlGWcrYJfkGJM0llUmTI0T40-h_cF1PpGTE6k_qGcq0LiJbqKNAbNq_aem_WRLFWI6SBpBWx5w9KQ5FFw&sfnsn=scwspwa 4
The Legend Blows
Any Tenerife Jags on here. I'm exiled in the sun for 7 days. The only bar near my hotel is a closed Rangers pub. Maybe a blessing I don't need to watch it there.

Get yourself down to the Highlander bar in the parque la Paz strip..or YOLO bar near Tigotan hotel..I have watched Thistle games in both of them..

lady-isobel-barnett
If the two bars are going to be open running a bus to and from St Mirren would make sense. You could open the bar(s) earlier prior to filling up for TV coverage.
Lambies Lost Doo
Impressive uptake of all these tickets. Bar takings will do well.

Albert's Ghost
No mention of Ben Stanway in Mark's preview. He did say that everyone from the 1st leg is available.
JAG1970
In Wilson’s Jagszone interview ahead of tomorrow he seemed guarded on the team news. Just said everybody who played on Thursday is good to go. Wonder if he’s keeping something up his sleeve (Stanway, OReilly especially) til just before the game? Clearly both sides have to go for it. If we can take more of our chances than we did on Thursday we have a great chance of victory.
Fawlty Towers
In his interview with James Cairney, Wilson says that Stanway has a chance of being in the squad for Monday and O'Reilly is 50/50. https://thethistle1876.substack.com/p/key-trios-futures-could-depend-on
Dick Dastardly
I thought that Loughry played really well, so if Dan can’t make it it wouldn’t matter too much. A fit Stanway could make a difference

Jaggernaut
Signed up to the St M live stream, which incidentally has a snazzy red, yellow and black colour scheme. 😀

sandy
Good to see Stanway back. Possibly our strongest line-up from who is available

sb1876
Looking a big leggy out there, sitting pretty deep when st midden attack too. Watt looks out best prospect when on the ball.
partickthedog
We have been on top for most of the half. Difficult to see from the far end how good our chances have been. Lots of good passing moves high up the pitch, but a seeming reluctance to shoot. My concern is that St Mirren cannot be as bad in the second half as in the first half. So many passes straight out of play. We have to take advantage.
thistle4celtic1
At least, to this point, it looks like the ref is going to let the teams decide this one.
sb1876
WTF is it with VAR, you could see that the St midden players hand was ahead of the ball! What a joke of a football association we have here. Great finish tho.
Muscat Jag
He looked just off. But the self preservation league protects it's own. We lacked a cutting edge tonight but proud of the team over the season. Shame it had to end against these hammer throwers.

Fawlty Towers
Not the result we wanted but very proud of the team this season. Shame we could not take advantage of them being poor in the first half. No time to feel sorry for ourselves, if we want to get promoted next season we need to win the title and that work starts tomorrow across the club. One Team In Glasgow!
