I took my starting group orders from wikipedia (which has a great page with lots of useful info). There are a few groups that are not in ranking order. Those with host nations, for example. I erroneously said they were in ranking order when I was in a hurry to get this thing started. Anyone wishing more detail on rankings etc. can check out wikipedia here. Regardless of that, you just need to have a guess at what the finishing position will be. Good luck.
