Also not convinced Watt’s best position is up front on his own. Was hoping Wilson would’ve managed to get Samuel and Watt on the pitch together for a bit. Oh well. I noticed that about Dickenson. The galling thing is that I honestly think yesterday's handball was more of a penalty than Crawford's. From every clip I've seen it does strike his hand So the part I can't get is why did VAR intervene? Were is the clear and obvious error form the Ref? My understanding was VAR would only get involved where it hadn't hit his hand or if it had deflected off the player onto his hand (I'll ignore the Crawford one v St Mirren!) Main things for me is we didn't score a goal from open play but we have come thru the tie evidently without damage to morale, perhaps even benefitting. The ref had a perfect view and decided in real time it was a penalty so why does a VAR and slow motion replays make him change his mind?
