Good luck to Danny at St Mirren and all that, but I get the distinct impression that at no point in his negotiations with the Buddies did the phrase 'I'll take this but it's the Thistle job I really want' issue from Mr Lennon's mouth... Big Col Posted June 7, 2010 Report Share Posted June 7, 2010 Great job that he has done at Cowdenbeath but is it too early in his managerial career for an SPL job? Briefing and coaching a team to play against E Stirling or Brechin is a world away from the OF or Dundee Utd. And some St Mirren fans seem to think that they are a better team than they actually are and should be in top 6 regularly (sounds familiar eh?).
