Mr Bunny
Don't think that's news. Well for the Scottish media it probably is.

Blackpool Jags
A spokesman for the Ibrox club said: "Rangers position is that these claims are baseless and invalid and affect, in reality, a small number of players who left the club in the summer." A consortium of businessmen led by Charles Green bought the assets of Rangers old company while it was in the hands of administrators. Player contracts were transferred to the new company under TUPE legislation when Mr Green’s consortium took control of the club. Alas, I would have to agree that there are probably only a few players who could gain from this action; and with a maximum of 90 days' pay being all the club can be forced to pay out - in addition to a few bob for legal fees - these cases are hardly likely to hurt them too much. However, Green's The Rangers are having a giraffe if they believe that those players who walked out in the summer to join other clubs had some kind of obligation under the TUPE Regs to move to the newco. Hopefully, this action will cost them (The Rangers) a fair few bob. Feck them.

Lindau
Disappointing thread on a PTFC forum. Who cares? If you dont like or care about the thread, its simple....dont read or get involved!!! They are our city rivals along with Celtic and Queens Park. Are you saying that what happened over there over the past 9 months should not have been discussed on here??

GrantB
I wouldn't ever lower myself to look at a Sevco fans forum. Don't think there is any problem with us Jags fans poking fun at their expense given the fact that they are the most disgusting scum ever to walk the earth.

Mr Bunny
This made the news (no it didn't) at the weekend. http://www.stirlingalbionfc.co.uk/2012/12/10/safc-statement/ Wasn't just the one. I believe a Stirling fan tweeted his thanks to Rangers fans for their generous donations to the Stirling kitty.
little_miss_jag
Cant quite get my head round that....but anything you say, LMJ!!! Aye cut and paste what I said good one! What I meant was the stuff in the summer affected us so it needed to be discussed. This doesn't. It's boring that so many jags are obsessed with them. I think i will just carry on looking forward to Saturday rather than discussing what is going on at a newly formed 3rd division club. Blackpool Jags
I think it's a perfectly valid choice for Thistle fans in general, and forumites in particular, to ignore the chicanery and goings-on over Hunbrox way; I respect that, no problem. I, on the other hand, choose to dook my bread in the big bowl of shitstreet broth which has been kindly served up for us by messrs. Murray, Craig and a whole load of other bent, manky crooks of that ilk. I will go a wee bit further and confess that I get a large hit from dwelling on their plane crash of a 'club' and all its misfortunes. That's just me.

twinny
I'd imagine if former players of any club we consider rivals (either in our division or in our city) were taking action against their former players it would merit discussion on this forum. Mr Bunny
Why, as the guys said, no reason to read if you're no interested and it is football related. I'm sure I've seen teams like Manchester C & U, Liverpool, and Chelsea mentioned on this forum. Shall we ban these discussions too? And none of these clubs were involved in industrial scale cheating, tax dodging, and other obnoxious behaviour that the club under discussion was. That makes it a huge story. BTW If you think we should be talking more about the Jags, start a thread ot two about something related,,, don't go moaning about other folk discussing something else just because it's a quiet week. thriller
I think you will find they were found not guilty of tax dodging I think you will find that HMRC are appealing that decision and that the manky mob are not in the clear yet. scottymagoo
My understanding was that they didn't appeal some tax dodging which they will have to pay back several million pounds for and were found not guilty of some other tax dodging that they did appeal against. The press has since cleared them of all wrong doing based on them being found not guilty of only some of the tax dodging they were accused of and not mentioned the stuff they did do because it will keep Rangers fans buying their sh*t papers. Also there's the £15million PAYE Craig Whyte bumped which sent them into administration which was never in question.
