To be honest I have two main interests in Scottish football:
A. loving Thistle
B. disliking Celtic, Rangers and all affiliated new clubs
They're not really associated. I don't dislike the sisters because of any direct impact on Thistle. I dislike them for their impact on society in general.
So I don't really see a problem in posting on my second favourite subject. I post more often on my favourite.
Impact on society ? Could you elaborate further on that statement ?

I AM a season ticket holder at Firhill - just don't get all the obsession with Rangers - out with our club - yes I will follow Rangers - I personally don't see any problems with that - plenty folk go to other matches ( professional and Junior level ) - It just so happens my choice out with partick thistle is Rangers

Ridiculous comment !!! On Facebook a jags page someone claimed that he refused someone membership to the group who had loyal this and pride of ..... Friends and pages - Believe it or not and like it or not - there are plentiful Thistle fans who are loyalists !!!

We don't have such chants and never have. We have a song which tongue-in-cheek combines both chants into one as a GIRUY to both sets of bigots. That is a different thing. There could be an argument that the authorities might one day not accept the song for what it is but that's another matter. If it were deemed bigoted - which as a poster above has said the authorities at present agree it is not - I would have expected our fans would have the sense to sing other stuff. In fact that song doesn't get sung as much as it used to.

I'm absolutely delighted / over the moon that the vermin got knocked out the champions league - don't want their tainted filthy cash - it's upto the club to find revenue - just remember every other club would have had a handout also so we'd be on the same playing field that we are in at the moment - F *** Ceptic
