  1. I agree with the sentiments here, I will never forget how empty I felt after the Ayr United 3-1 defeat end of season game or the journey back home on the train the next day. We've had some great performances this season and I hope for even more next season.

  2. I took my wife to Firhill for the first time for the Ross County in February, She said it was the worst game she'd ever seen. I have of course assured her that the next time will be a terrific match. She was impressed by my pie though.

  3. I agree with much of what has been said here. Saturday was my first opportunity to watch a game this season and apart from leaving feeling dejected was it felt to me that we just weren't trying. I just want to know we're giving it our all and from what I've taken on board from what you boys talk about, this wasn't the only match where we were missing performances from key players.

  4. Its my first match of the season (Finally got enough money for flights/hotel) so I desperately hope we win this one. I've only seen us lose once (being several hundred miles away) but that was in that dreadful Ayr United end of season decider in around 1998. I was so hopeful after Gareth Evans got that goal just before half time.

  5. I read an article a few years ago that covered an old Arsenal ground whereby houses were built on the site and at the bottom of each of the gardens there were steps showing which were the beginning of the terraces. Interesting article but entirely irrelevant in that I can't remember where I read it....

  6. I quite like it (From seeing it on the website), certainly prefer it to last seasons but I am appalled by that ladies polo shirt on TTL in pink. Good job the wife doesn't want one, it looks as if the shape is a bit weird but the rest of the new stuff looks ok.

  7. I only stayed over for a night en route to Australia so can't give much assistance apart from travelling by taxi was dirt cheap, I gave my taxi driver the lions share of my left over currency when I left, it was probably more an insult than a months wage which is what it felt like handing over a load of notes.

  8. What angers me in the aftermath of these types of decisions (Wrong ones) is when players get booked for protesting and then when it transpires the decision was wrong, those bookings aren't overturned? There is no excuse for having a go at the ref but when injustice has been done, could there be a review of the booking?
