Anyone remember him toeing a corner into the car park at Stirling Albion to waste time?
-
And I'm spent
-
Not even been getting a game for the u-20's is he?
-
There better be, we've released half a midfield!
-
Forbes released
-
Happy with Taylor and potentially Tidser though a little concerned as we've already seen that top first division players can't necessarily cut it in the premiership.
-
Lyle Taylor on loan until the end of the season
-
Shoogly peg just fallen off the wall?????

Most recent best was the Airdrie game at the end of last season. Before that the 3-0 rangers game sticks out.
All the usual awful ones will no doubt be covered but one of mine was losing 5-0 to rangers and all five goals were scored by gingers.

Anyone know of any bars in the Nissi Beach or Ayia Napa areas that'll be showing the Caley game??

Men versus boys through the whole team.

Cheers gents, going to be a squad of us so will need a boozer if possible.

Due to truly dreadful planning I will find myself in Manchester next Friday night. Anyone know of any pubs that might have the game on? I know the championship starts that night too but hoping to find somewhere with a 14" portable in the corner

Spence apparantly blocking jags fans on Twitter who are asking him this.
Now he's entitled to do this & as his bio says 'all views his own' but if you've a BBC handle in your twitter name...
Emailed the BBC asking why their journalist not presenting a balance to the story. Won't hold my breath on a reply.
Yup, he blocked me for having the audacity to suggest he doesn't like to shit on his own doorstep.
Interesting to see what his reaction is the next time a manager or club ban the press.......

The one thing I'd say against Spence is that he is quick enough to report McNamara's side of the story whilst pretty much ignoring ours. I acknowledge that we declined to comment any further than that the case was in the hands of our lawyers but the media coverage that has been afforded to McNamara is almost somewhat of a smear campaign.
As for his recent spiel, he's acknowledged the clause in his contract which pretty much nullifies the stance his lawyers were reputedly adopting that it wasn't worth the paper it was written on.
We gave McNamara his chance in management, stuck by him after a very mediocre first season and don't forget we paid for his rehab when he broke his leg at Somerset Park while he was still playing. His tactics throughout this whole episode defy what his media buddies would have you believe; with their help, he's managed to hide the fact that he is a greedy, devious scumbag who rarely leaves anywhere on good terms.
I would imagine spence is being fed these stories from his united mole on a regular basis. Maybe time that Thistle started saying a bit more wihout prejudicing their case.
JM is making my blood boil. He wanted wished good luck and a pat on the back. Funk right off. At the end of the day, he was an employee who decided to resign. Clause in contract activated. Cough up united. And not in dribs and drabs either.

Heard the same story from a director as well. As much as I liked Paton, it will be interesting to see how he gets on being a small fish in a big pond. Not the kind of guy who will enjoy being benched.
We also joked that we'll get Paton and Erskine back when DU go into administration
120 spl players out of contract in the summer he told me so there will be plenty to choose from, definitely a buyers market.
He may have mentioned that promotion effectively doubles our turnover but that might be mince.

Not enjoying all this party chat. Already had plans scuppered twice in the last few weeks.
Let's worry about winning it first!
Can you tell I'm nervous as fook?

Does last Sunday feel now?
What a week to be a Jags fan

This. The Airdrie boy was climbing over the top. It was like a rugby challenge when the guy jumps to catch the lineout it was that clear cut.
Having said that, Dowie dodged a bullet
Erskine was booked, from what I could see, for attempting an overhead kick.
Specal mention must be made to the linesman who failed to give 3 offsides against Airdrie in a 5 minute spell. He also had a hilarious run
He was hilarious. Ran like he'd shat himself

Cheers for capturing that moment on camera.
One of those Thistle moments that I'll never forget and I don't think I've celebrated a Thistle goal
so madly since big Shuggie's screamer on a wet night in Inverness.
Must admit I felt my eyes welling up with sheer pride in the boys this afternoon.
Me too
Epic, epic stuff.
Who knows when we'll next have a team like this to enjoy?
-
And I'm spent.
Can rather embarrassingly see me leaping about like a buffoon waving my scarf around down the front!
-
And when was the last time two englishmen scored for us? (If we ignore the fact the first was an og)
-
Saw the man himself in the baked beans aisle at EK Morrisons this morning.
I am still quivering with excitement. I mumbled something about his second goal yestrday and he looked suitably sheepish.
Its clear that winners eat Branston beans NOT Heinz
