  1. One last wee push for this

Hi all, I'm looking for a wee favour from you. As you may know there is a jags celebration party in jaks sauchihall street on 5th may with all door money and raffle etc going straight to Archie for next season, I am trying to drum up as many raffle prizes as possible and am therefor asking for donations of unwanted gifts, alcohol or if work or know someone who works in a restaurant or hairdressers or somewhere that could donate gift vouchers. All prizes would be gratefully accepted and the more prizes we have the more raffle money we can raise for the team. Please share this guys and girls

    Thank you

  2. Flares, breach of health and safety but not too much of a concern imho but ripping seats is another thing. Would've thought with firhill being their 'home' ground they'd have a wee bit of identity with it...

We had 5 people injured by flares tonight 1 with bad burn and 4 with breathing difficulty's one was quite bad flares are a concern

  3. My son lost his Pee Tee parrot / toucan soft toy at the Firhill Cup his afternoon. If anyone found it could they get in touch ? He's a wee bit worried he might be getting cold in the Main Stand, or have to sit amongst 'them' next season...

Hi mate going up to firhill on monday morning will have a look for him for you will pm you my number and you can give me a call

  4. From Darren Gray

Ok guys and girls on Sunday 5th May Jaks on Sauchiehall street will open for a jags title party.

We have chosen this venue for because they will donate all door money straight to Alan Archibald. We are close to getting the players to come along and join in the fun which would make it a cracking night.

Entry will be £5 (we will also have a donations bucket for extra funds) again with all money going to Archie. We have yet to confirm Djs so if anyone knows of any jags fans that would be up for it please get in touch, the venue is also set up for live bands so that is also an option if we have any. Anyone who has any jaggy ideas we can add to the night just let us know and let's make this a proper jags party.

  5. Due to snapping my Achilles and the resulting surgery, I will be in a cast for the next six weeks and therefore on crutches.

I'm still hopeful of making the game on Sunday but was wondering if there would be any issue about me sitting in my ticketed seat with crutches? I know health & safety can be a bit mad these days and don't want to turn up to be told that they are some sort of weapon!!

Anyone any idea if there'd be an issue?

This general rule is if you are mobile and can move under your own steam you will not cause a problem during an evacuation however you may be asked to keep you sticks under your seat.

  6. Sad news.

I see Hamilton Accies (on their Twitter account) have acknowledged with sadness Bill's passing. He would have been their first aider when they lodged with us.

    RIP

yes he covered Clyde games too and was well know at ice skating

  7. There was a guy who appeared to be a Berwick supporter asked to leave, maybe that's what you saw?

The guy stood up and cheered their 3rd goal (maybe their second, all a bit of a blur). A couple of Jags fans had a (verbal) go at him, but most of us weren't really bothered.

He was 2/3rds of the way up, towards the centre.

We felt it was better to move him out the way
