    I fear the worst.

     

    I had to fight for my boy against the in-laws who all wanted him to be a H*n. I wasn't having it and I'm proud to say he's now a Jags fanatic. Goes to all the games - home and away.

     

    However, I think it's easier as a dad than a granddad to get the right outcome.

    The key. A woman in her forties went to a plastic surgeon for a face-lift. The surgeon told her about a new procedure called "The KEY," where a small key is placed on the back of a woman's head and can be turned to tighten up her skin to produce the effect of a brand new face lift. Of course, the woman wanted "The Key." Over the course of the years, the woman tightened the key, and the effects were wonderful -- the woman remained young looking and vibrant. After fifteen years, the woman returned to the surgeon with two problems. "All these years, everything has been working just fine. I've had to turn the key and I've always loved the results. But now I've developed two annoying problems: First, I have these terrible bags under my eyes and the key won't get rid of them." The doctor looked at her closely and said, "Those aren't bags, those are your tits." She said, "No point asking about the beard then..........."

    I hope we turn up in numbers. Pretty sure there were more Partick voices at 2021 or whatever the heck Saint Mirren's new ground is called. Let's turn up at Tannadice in ever bigger numbers! This, this season, is doable. And would be revenge of a sort. Not, presumeably for the players, but for us!
    How much revenge do you need? We've gubbed them the last 3 times we've played them..!!

    I'm in the unusual position of being pretty sanguine about thIs: as I think that apart from Hearts or Smeltic there's nobody I'd feel unduly concerned about drawing. Of course I'm not arrogant or daft enough to say that we'll beat anyone, but I'm sure there's no-one including Hearts or Celtic that we have to be afraid off. Preferably, I'd love a nice easy home tie or one against Annan away, since I've never actually been there. However, the nice easy ties will no doubt have been already reserved for Sevco, so we'll just have to cross our fingers etc. Without jinxing us and probably for the first time in many, many years I think we actually have a fairly decent chance of doing something in the Cup this year!
