  1. What was your opinion on the game today Dick? Did we do enough from where you were sitting?

Archibald deserves to get told to **** off does he?

One of the best servants this club has had in the past twenty years?

Where were you sitting today? Were you telling him to **** off to his face?

Even if you want him out the door show him some respect.

Shower of tossers on this site - you & The Cup deserve the team you've got right now. All you've got to contribute is smiley faces.

  2. Thanks for the memories... but now kindly just **** off.

    Why don't you **** off?

Regardless of whether or not Archibald is the manager for us or whether stays or goes he's contributed more to Partick Thistle than you ever will.

    A**ehole.

  3. If Archie's team don't beat Utd next week I'd say good bye to the management and get experience in to stop our club bleeding, worst team in a good few years.

How many of today's starting team played last season?

If we sack our manager, who will come in to "turn things round"?

Motherwell have just sacked their manager.

Who would choose us over them? Yiravinalaff.

  4. Paul Hartley? You missed yesterday's result?

Pretty sure we've taken some serious pumpings off Celtic since getting promoted, including a six-nil of our own.

Don't know why it would reflect badly on Hartley unless you want to give the same treatment to Archibald.

  5. This.

If you punt him, you do so in the knowledge that everything starts again. You do it with the knowledge that in the top tier, that sort of change has been a near death sentence for us in the past. Auld-Cormack. Lambie-Murdo. Lambie to Collins.

Lastly, you do it in the knowledge that the replacement has probably failed multiple times already elsewhere.

Well, let's hope the board doesn't cut Archibald's budget even further next season. If he's staying he's got to have something to work with.

  6. This is our third year in the top league, so at the moment we are not a championship side! Our crowds are not much worse or better than established SPFL sides like ICT, Ross Co or St Johnstone and 2 out of those three have won major cups in the last couple of seasons. It's easy to see why these clubs are surviving in the top league. Just what the current sponsor has to do with the situation the club finds itself in is beyond me. Have a closer look at the seven or eight people that sit in the directors room!

Feel free to argue semantics. That'll provide us with a clear strategy for the future.

Our crowds dropped 25% last season. ICT, Ross Co, St Johnstone are either better managed (at board level) or have owners with deeper pockets.

Our budget was "slashed" - it's all in the other thread about this all being the board's fault.

Two goals since the start of the season (including a defeat at home to a Championship side) is relegation form.

We're a Premiership team until the end of the season. Rearrange the deckchairs all you want, or start thinking about what we're going to do next year.

    When we're in the Championship.

  7. Archie has told supporters that he wanted better players in this season, but the budget wouldn't allow these players to be signed. I am at a loss as to what he could have done as he had to bring players in. Balatoni made it clear in his paper article today, that it's no secret that we don't pay good wages.

We are a Championship team that pays Championship wages and attracts Championship crowds -

Is Archibald good enough to be a Championship manager? Will he be good enough to even make a realistic approach to promotion in the 206/17 season? Or do we just accept we'll have our usual nice long spell down in the doldrums - maybe even a wee holiday in the third tier? We like dipping that far.

If Archibald isn't the man - maybe he is, maybe he isn't - for the job, then why not Ian McCall? He's back in management and left a job unfinished at Firhill. And he signed the player commonly agreed to be our best in many years - Kris Doolan.

Anyway. We're going to be f**king shite until we get rid of that f**king shite sponsor.

Let's hope we're not playing Stenhousemuir, Brechin City and f**king Cowdenbeath by the time that happens.

  8. The negative posters are out in force tonight, looks like it will be a great season for them.

Even Killie are a great team in their eyes now, amazing what 1 win does.

Behave idiots there's a long way to go, everyone had written Ross County off last year God knows how many wins later and most of the bottom 6 where holding their breath.

Said it before as fans we should be encouraging not banging in the nails, but wait most of you eejits don't go to the games anyway.

Helmet on and strapped in for what you spineless swine? You clearly don't go to the games so what are you concerned about?

I guess you dined well for the split second we got promoted then just resorted to type the day after.

On what basis can you judge this season to any other since you probably couldn't find Firhill let alone an away ground with Sat Nav.

Do us all a favour and put yourself out of your misery by cutting the tie emotionally as well as financially we won't be any worse off.

Away you go and stop talking like a tosspot to your fellow fans. "Idiots", "eejits", "spineless swine", take a deep breath and act like a grown-up.
