    Presumably that's because he is one of those players that, dressed in RED and YELLOW on a GREEN pitch, manage to "hide". Fortunately, others make sure that they don't hide, though goodness knows where they would even if they wanted to! :D

    Maybe this is how Celtic went unbeaten last season, nobody could see their players against the pitch!

    Archie has to become more positive in these matches, especially with the strength of our squad now.

     

    Sammon and Doolan up front, with Storey and Erskine supporting going forward, Osman and Bannigan in defensive midfield with a back four of Milan, Turnbull, McKeown and Elliot. Ever reliable Cerny in goal!

     

    There is no point in having 4/5 forwards, and not changing our formation to at least have two higher forwards on the pitch.

     

    Barton needs a rest. He is far to cumbersome and lazy on the ball, does not try to win the ball back when he is caught out, not acceptable.

    Unfortunately, just like Sean Welsh last year, opposition teams have figured out that this type of player has to be targeted and closed down to gain the ball.

     

    Is it just me who perceives that over the last season or so, we always end the match with the line up we should have started with?

     

    In other words we seem to start more reserved and negative, rather than going for the win from the start.

    I am going to suggest something which I will probably get lambasted for but a forum is all about opinions I suppose..Drop Lawless and Erskine and play Storey and Spittal and also bin day dreamer Barton for Bannigan..I think Lawless and Erskine need to know they are not first names on team sheet anymore and I bet it will improve them both...Lawless gave away the ball everytime he got it yesterday and I honestly think he's a weak link..he has moments of sheer brilliance but totally inconsistent and gets bullied in my opinion..change system to 4-1-3-2 and play Sammom and Doolan up front

    how many forum pages to we need to keep moaning about the same thing...?

     

    for the cup games are we allowed use the enclosure in the Colin Weir Stand - if so, give the OF the JHS & North Stand - ££££££££££ - with our current core support we would be able to fit in the CWS no problem.

     

    If my memory serves me correctly we did this for a Glasgow Cup Final many moons ago v Rangers - I think we won too... :clapping: :clapping:

    How many does the Colin Weir hold?

    Can we not give them the full Colin Weir stand and whatever we don't sell of the Jackie husband stand and we have the full North stand..

     

    We obviously want to make it a sell out to gain as much cash as possible.

    Tell the supporters before the match that the Stand will burn to the ground with them in it if they set off flares.
