    Watched the game itself . cannot understand why I was worried this would have went any other way.

    Watching the highlights now and just as good as at the time.

    The movement and quality is astounding.

    Only wish I knew how to work the red button to show alex ferguson's face as the 8th went in !

    In the middle of a copyright issue with Getty's images over a piss poor picture of a lightbulb. apparently I owe them £ 380 for the trouble over something picked off google with not a mention of copyright on it. . Beware

    Once again well done to the lads today :thumbsup2:

    Given the fact that the lads have won today playing what seems a decent Livi team. Does anyone else not feel that we are going in the correct direction with regard to the youngsters ?

    I have no idea of the cost implications of bringing a young lad on to 1st team/reserve status.

    My concerns with the youth set up is the ability of other clubs to poach them. I am thinking back to the olden days when people like Jim McLean were tying youngsters to 6 & 7 year contracts.

    How else can we guarantee we will benefit ?

    Anyone thinking of taking in the QP play offs? I've got a few friends at work who are Spiders fans, and it'll be a laugh because Paton and Cairney will be there. Cairney won't get let in because he'll be too pis*ed, so there should be at least a few seats at Hampden....

     

     

    You cannot say such things as he is one of our best players. Would be good to support a team who have such close links with the Jags

  14. Squad & Out Of Contract Players

    For me the most concerning aspect of that is the number of defenders we have signed up for next season. In 22 games since xmas we have only kept 4 clean sheets. All of which have been at home. We clearly need some new faces in the back line preferably with a bit of youth on their side. Hopefully McGeough might be the answer

     

     

    Must admit that I do find the number of defenders to be concerning. A quicker back line with backs that can kick with both feet would be a major plus .
