  1. For those of you who are spending too much time working out what still has to be done to win the league it goes something like this Morton (currently on 61 points with six games left) Six wins = 79 points Five wins and a draw = 77 points Five wins = 76 points Four wins and two draws = 75 points Four wins and one draw = 74 points Four wins = 73 points Conversely : Thistle (currently on 65 points with seven games to play) Three wins = 74 points Three wins and a draw = 75 points Three wins and two draws = 76 points Four wins = 77points Four wins and one draw = 78 points Four wins and two draws = 79 points Five wins = 80 points Essentially, Morton have a little wiggle room, but not much Thistle have to keep churning out the results. The result between Thistle and Morton is important but in the end decides nothing The game now is to pick the point where you believe that Thistle will have enough points that Morton can no longer catch them. My own thought is that it will be the Dunfermline game at Firhill which will settle matters.
