So i wanted to know what i,m getting back from them in the way of compo and all i got was apologies not only am i losing the footie but also the baseball halfway through the season total bollocks. The rascals are quick enough to attack us with glitzy advertising tactics, sign you up, take your hard-earned off you on the same day every month then cut your favourite channels like a frenzied blade-wielding lunatic when they feel like it. They should incur major penalties by the regulators when they try this nonsense on. You should also be compensated by being migrated to an alternative service provider at their expense if they can't provide what you pay them for.
