H Wragg
Is there any suggestion that we didn't give Baird enough of an opportunity before binning him or more of a case that he's a smart player in the Championship but that's it as far as his level is concerned? Championship player but that doesn't make him a bad player. A bit like Mcguigan who i know from someome at Albion Rovers how well he done after he moved there playing wide right but was not at the level Thistle needed him to be at for the top flight. These players will do well at clubs outside the Premiership and alot of decent players who will play out careers in these leagues. It's a big step up from Championship to Premiership and if Thistle do stay up it's got to be treated as a success and something to build on.
