Killie certainly putting it about but had we done the same on Saturday we wouldn't have finished with 11 men. Look at Osman booking then look at some of the tackles tonight. They've sussed that this ref will allow more physicality.

How do they enforce the ban.? If he turns up and pays at the gate would he be recognised ? Doubt it.Should be made to report to a police station each time a game is being played.
On a similar note I've often thought that it was likely that Scottish players in the English leagues were racially abused .You can imagine someone like Vinnie Jones calling Billy Bremner a "wee Scottish b******d " (heightism and racism) yet I don't ever remember any Scottish players complaining about abuse.Are we more thick skinned than other nations

Difficult one this. So you stick to the "pure football" principles and develop the young players along the right lines but lose every game . Chances are the coach gets the boot. It's easy to say results are not important at that level but how else do you measure progress.Think you have play according to your strengths and the opposition.Not so long ago Archie was getting pelters for not mixing it up.

I agree that sectarianism is almost the exclusive property of the OF but racism is still alive and well in Scottish society in general and you can bet that if a black player commits a bad foul on a Thistle player there would be plenty of shouts of "dirty black b*****d".
I've never understood what difference colour or race makes but I have been in the minority amongst my friends and workmates.Fortunately my son has no such prejudices and neither will his children.
I fear it will be a long time yet before racism is eliminated from the world in general.

Don't want see Archie go but I do wonder if he's able to mix his managerial style - arm round the shoulder for some guys and kick up the arse for others? His TV interviews always strike me as "rabbit caught in headlight" style ,lacking confidence and maybe that translates to the players. How does he come across in "real" life?

Never ,ever understand "supporters" who a verbally abuse Thistle players.Do that and you are supporting the opposition.Why do you think managers love it when opposition supporters turn on their team.
Don't give me that "we've paid our money" crap - look up the definition of "supporter".
