What, no Cowboy McCormack?

Saw Scott Patterson at Jags v Accies last year, does he have coaching badge. Suspect he'd play the right way.
Bloody hell- just looked him up on Wiki- assistant Livi manager
Get him in
Shaggy was let go with Bollan. Not listed on official Livi site. Wikipedia out of date?

anyone spot why the referee disallowed the goal in the second half? speculation round me was that it was a foul on the keeper but in spite of being in line no one had a clear view.

Stuart McCall confirmed as an assistant along with Mark McGhee.
always regarded mcghee as a prominent number 2.

Re-reading what I posted, obviously it was their keeper who was responsible for the injury but it was certainly a dangerous bit of play and an outrageous decision by the ref to take no action, not even speaking to the keeper. I just can't understand anyone who thinks that was a 50-50 untended incident ... to me the keeper had no other idea that to go straight through Lawless.
Even if the ref viewed the collision as a coming together he should have stopped the game immediately as it was clear that Lawless had got a face/head injury. A very poor call from the Beaton.

Interesting view here on HMV's demise although it doesn't reference online companies tax avoidance as a factor in being able to undercut on price.

Apparently Houston is not wanted by Blackpool in any case.... Blackpool Gazette.
Reading between the lines, he doesn't appear to be wanted by the Arabs, specifically their chairman, either.

If this proposal is implemented next year then I am assuming that there is nothing that would prevent the newly formed 'SPFL' inviting The Rangers, as SFL 3rd Div winners, into the new set-up.

I concur Wo63.
Only thing to add that I haven't seen on any other threads is Morton defender producing a fine one handed save from Sinky's shot on the turn in the dying seconds (about 8.50 in).
Was 95% certain at the time. No doubt at all now.
Anyway, onwards to the title.

Forbes sending off wasn't for violent conduct so will only be suspended if he's over the points threshold.
Anyone know if he is?
-
He was also impeded rather a lot, mostly shirt pulling. Hate to say it but he should learn to go to ground as pleading with match officials got no returns.

If Chris does leave us for any other Scottish club, i am boycotting the Erskine Bridge.
actually boycotting, or would it just be hard to get over it?

we will win it but will we be invited to join proposed SPL1 ahead of our southern neighbours from the Jurassic period?

Ian Cameron's son is named Ian Cameron. I don't know how many times he played for us but I am fairly sure he did make at least an appearance.
i was told that Ian Cameron Snr's father also played for Thistle. Can anyone verify this?

It would have been wrong to pull it back for a penalty after the advantage had been played.
It would have been entirely consistent with the rule if he had awarded a penalty.
The ref didn't play advantage anyway, he just didn't judge it to be an infringement. Same with the earlier 'penalty' incident, which was a tackle from behind.

Polka-dot shorts! I mean…..are they cool?……. or are they COOL!

I thought Forbes was lucky not to be subbed as I felt he contributed very little defensively and caused us to be overrun at times in midfield. His quality at set-pieces is invaluable although they weren't up to the usual high standard yesterday.
A fully fit Rowser with games under his belt to bring on as a sub for Forbes and break up Rovers impressive second half midfield moves was the obvious solution. Not an option available to us unfortunately.
Forbes reminds me of Ian Cameron much more so than Chic. Who to pick for the midfield? Not a bad problem to have.
Triple awesome performance yesterday - passed a test of character with flying colours, which is all the more remarkable when you consider the average age of the squad and the relative youth of the management team.
My finest time as a Jags fan.

nope, sorry, I chucked it after about 20 screens (and still less than 30% through) when asked to give my rankings on who is more influential within the structure of the SFA: the compliance officer or the Professional Game Board.
wtf?
And if enough fans give them the message that we don't know/don't give a flying about what the governing bodies see as priorities, at least it gives SD a solid baseline to argue for supporters priorities.
It is badly designed but in my experience so are a lot of surveys on survey monkey that are designed by novices.

untested in club football I know, how about well regarded Scotland youth coach Scott Gemmill. whoever it is, they absolutely must have a track record of working with young players.
Lambie, for example, would not get results with this squad.
