  1. Hey guys Really enjoyed Saturday. Through the haze of Guinness I remember a pretty open game with late drama. Found myself a bit gutted at what seemed to be a late winner for them, then very enthusiastically celebrating that late equaliser. Palace hanging on to climb to 3rd in the Championship just ended the day brilliantly. I'm pretty sure I was back in my hotel room and passed out by 10pm Will deffo be looking for the Partick result on a Saturday from now on and when I'm next in Glasgow will be looking for it to coincide with a game. Much love!
  2. In the star now if anyone fancies a pint Come on you jags!!
  3. God bless Uncle Cyril! I would point out though that we are most definitley NOT cockney. We hate Chas & Dave, jellied eels, pie and mash, the Krays, and wouldn't drive a black cab if our lives depended on it, never mind "go norf of da river at this time o'night gor blimey you must be jokin guvna". We'll leave that to those West Ham (divine right to be in the premiershit, it was us wot won the world cup, academy of football, not famous anymore) w*ankers.
  4. Thanks very much! I think we'll give the Star & Garter a go. One more question - should we go buy a ticket then get to the pub or is cash on the turnstile ok? I didn't know we'd played you in a friendly. That connection is good enough for me... I may now have found my adopted Scottish team
  5. Great thanks for the reply. Looking forward to a classic now!
  6. Hello Jags fans Crystal Palace fan in peace here. For reasons I won't bore you with, a mate and me will be in Glasgow this weekend and at a loose end on Saturday, so thought we'd ignore your noisy neighbours go and see a proper football match. Never been to Glasgow before though so just wondered if someone can recommend a place to get a beer beforehand - are there bars or pubs in/around the ground? Also are we likely to get any shite for being English? I know very little about your club so don't know if you're the friendliest bunch of the lot or the Scottish equivalent of Millwall lol. I promise we're Partick fans for the day at least!
