  1. There was a steady stream when I went for mine on Monday. Someone was leaving when I went in, there was someone else in the office, and another person came in as I left. Even a couple of days like that would sell a good few.
  2. Hadn't thought of Queen's Park, but I suppose it's Rangers' big derby match next season so they'll have to make do. Clyde will get a boost too. Can't see too many going to places like Elgin or Berwick though.
  3. There probably was, but the weather and matches being postponed in 2010-11 pushed crowds down that season, so last season was probably a return to normal. Agreed about a cup run. A quarter final at home to Hearts or Aberdeen would be a nice financial boost, expecially if we won!
  4. Maybe, but I can't imagine a conference club being able to offer much more than us. Their crowds aren't much bigger and they still don't get much TV money. I think it's as much to do with the fact he's been studying in Edinburgh, so he'll know Scotland. I see a few who could get goals. Lawless, McGuigan, Erskine and Doolan are the obvious ones, but I think Welsh and Elliot are also possibilities.
  5. It'll be a blow, but probably no worse than the 2010-11 winter where many games were postboned and crowds dropped due to bad weather and Tuesday evening games. There was a game which only just broke the 1000 mark, I think it was against Queen of the South, when we would normally expect twice that. At least Airdrie are local-ish and don't have to travel 200 miles, so it could be worse.
  6. £17 is a lot of money, but when you consider how much it cost to get into Ibrox in the past (£20 upwards) it's pretty reasonable if you're a converted supporter. It would probably take Rangers collapsing completely for us to notice any major increase though. We're probably in for another season of 2.5k, maybe up to 3k if we're doing well.
