Those of us who were there will never, ever forget it.
It was the day after my thirteenth birthday, what a present!
I remember my dad driving us back to Firhill from Hampden and waiting for the team bus and trophy to come back, only for them to find the stadium locked.

Players that try to be positive and make things happen ,like Chris, are always liable to give the ball away more than players who just try to retain possession , like Shug Murray. If he was solely losing possesion and not making things happen there would be a problem. But thankfully that's not the case!!!! His goals yesterday were of a quality rarely seen in the first division. Love the guy. Players like Chris should be given full support.
I agree, Thistle have a long tradition of players like Chris. I have a vague recollection of Denis McQuade attempting to back heel a ball in the net in the League Cup Final in 1971. We are lucky to have Chris at the club, his goals yesterday were worth the admission money alone!

QP played The Specials' version of 'It's Later Than You Think', which I thought was pretty cool.
They played it far too often for my liking!

Yes, I liked it. Much better if we picked up on that rather than any Huddle, Poznan or bouncy. How long though before the stewards started confiscating everyones shoes in case they were used as missiles!

Think it may be down to 17 shortly. Jamie Campbell’s absence from the bench suggests he is not in Jackie’s plans.
With Murray already being booked last week and sent off yesterday, I wonder how long it will be before he starts to run up suspensions in the league? I just hope that he is just not too keen on Astroturf.

Fantastic atmosphere yesterday. Good to see such a big increase in the number of supporters, I hope that they don't drift away again over the next few weeks.
