Those of you at the last two games will have hopefully have heard Neil's new single Break Me at Half time. It is available today HERE. It is also available on itunes and amazon. For those of you that don't know Neil is a big Jags fan and recorded the badger ep a good while back. (It was later available on the Jags Trust CD). Ta Tommy

Best thing is get a good club with a good teacher and that way whatever you do you will have a good chance of being good at it. The same sadly applies the other way. I am (was) old school so Shotokan Karate would be my recommendation. I trained for a long time before having to retire but never really found anything to beat it. However some people find the old style arts a bit restricting.
