I live in a privately owned terraced house, and I'm sick and tired of my house smelling of smoke from next door council rented unemployed residents ! It is permeating through an adjoining wall (single course) at the back of the house where they have ripped off the plasterboard 18months ago and have done nothing with it.
Mediation with these neds is not an option. Do I have recourse by some other means or am I to suffer that horrible smell of fags all through the winter ?
Opinions and advice welcome.

I've often thought that many believers and clergy would have more to fear from their 'god' than most atheists given that they bend the rules of their religion to suit their own ends.
It's a shame it's not enough to deter them though.
Although it does add weight to the suspicion that if they fear no wrath, then perhaps they are non-believing paedophiles who have cleverly hidden in the 'cloth' to enable themselves to feed their need !

fair enough if there's no games on at 3 but i thought there was always a couple of games on sky each day and at least one on espn over the weekend.. is this the normal state of affairs for the 3 sports channels only one premiership game a day?
admittedly though i also watched the barcelona hercules match which was quite enjoyable to watch.
