I live in a privately owned terraced house, and I'm sick and tired of my house smelling of smoke from next door council rented unemployed residents ! It is permeating through an adjoining wall (single course) at the back of the house where they have ripped off the plasterboard 18months ago and have done nothing with it. Mediation with these neds is not an option. Do I have recourse by some other means or am I to suffer that horrible smell of fags all through the winter ? Opinions and advice welcome.
