[Where Are We All From?]

Lived in beautiful Melbourne since 1983, only returning to Scotland once since then in 2005. Saw Thistle a couple of times during that trip. Occasionally watch Melbourne Victory, (my son is a season ticket holder), but most of my football is refereeing.

Was never really a big fan but fair play to the big man! Must've come on leaps and bounds since leaving us!

[Raspberry Ade]

My mum used to get us a variety of odd flavours whenever the Alpine lorry came round each week.

 

Haven't seen Raspberryade anywhere recently but, then again, I haven't really been looking.

I had a summer job in 1977 driving the alpine trucks, and as well as raspberryade, they also had a promotion with banana-ade. (It actually wasn't too bad)

Went to a bookfair in a small village in central Victoria yesterday. The sweet shop is famous for selling all sorts of sweets from all round the world. You an imagine my delight to discover Macaroon Bars! Just thought you should know!

 

What is your favourite sweet and can you get it at the stadium of dreams (that's Firhill bye the way!).?

there's a couple of sweet shops about 10 - 15 minutes drive from me that sells british lollies (sweets)

If where you live has a maori name, then wouldn't that be more accurate? (you could always post the phonetic pronunciation as well) unless you live in hamilton
